Hi! I'm the creator of four global events, which have helped tens of thousands of people from 64 countries live with personal power, purpose and vibrancy at any age!  

I'm a transformational teacher, a multi-cultural leadership coach, an Ivy League University and Wharton Business school graduate, a #1 bestselling co-author, and speaker. I'm a mom to three daughters and in a soulful partnership with my husband for 28 years.

Since 2001, I’ve helped people from all walks of life create vibrant health, look and feel their best and live with purpose, abundance and zest.

I've spoken and taught at Mindvalley University, in multi-lateral organizations and in numerous government institutions. I've also trained leaders at Fortune 100 companies and numerous not-for-profit organizations. My written work has been featured in the Elephant Journal and in several top online magazines. 

I healed from all kinds of trauma and left a high-flying but unfulfilling career in international development at the World Bank to follow my own version of success.

In my forties, I fulfilled a long-held dream and moved my family of five (husband of 28 years and 3 daughters) to South America to enjoy a more relaxed pace of life and non-stop travel and adventure!

I’ve lived in five countries and have traveled extensively to over 70 countries, studying with shamans and healers all over the world.

My purpose and absolute passion is to change the global conversation of what it means to be vibrant, confident, healthy and wise in your 40’s, 50’s and beyond.

My journey began more than 50 years ago when I left one of the top universities in the US to become a teacher of Transcendental Meditation.

I spent the next decade studying with the greatest living spiritual masters of the East, meditating for many hours each day, and teaching meditation to thousands.
  
In the1980’s I immersed myself in the knowledge of the great Masters of Western metaphysical thought and founded Yes to Success Seminars, sharing timeless principles of success based on a foundation of inner silence.  

These seminars were soon being taught in nine countries on six continents. My graduates went on to become mega-successful entrepreneurs, NY Times bestselling authors, millionaires, billionaires—and some of the most recognized names in the world of transformational leadership.

I was an in-house trainer with numerous Fortune 500 companies and appeared on ABC, NBC, FOX, Good Morning New England, Chicago Today and Mid-Morning LA.

In 1988, at the height of my success, with my Yes to Success book in the hands of a top agent and in negotiations for my own national TV talk show, I walked away from my career to be true to my teaching of following your heart, and for the next 20 years, lived my passion of being a stay-at-home mom. 

With my children now grown, I’m again traveling the world and sharing the universal secrets of how to live a life of true and lasting success  — and Rockin’ Your Life at Any Age!
